NSC2 Vanilla Starbase Building Overwrites
NSC2 overwrites the following starbase buildings in order to make them work properly with the mod. The overwrites are located in the nsc_starbase_building.txt file and overwrite only the individual vanilla building entries.
Crew Quarters - Reduced AI weight so the AI won't build only these on their outposts.
Fleet Academy - Added Drydock to the list of unlocks for this building.
Titan Yards - Added Drydock to the list of unlocks for this building.
Colossus Yards - Added Drydock to the list of unlocks for this building.
Hyperlane Registrar - Modified to allow it to be built on any starbase, including outposts.
